This has to be one of my favorite album covers of all time. It's got everything ... the woman, the die cut-out, the bad pun, the weird design, the permanent pricetag, the horrid color, and the record that is actually inside the sleeve pictured on the sleeve which you belatedly realize has been the theme of this section all along. I mean, except for that Scheherazade guy, he's riding a cartoon record. Close enough for these little mini-themes, I do think.
