So I was in Las Vegas a month or so ago, strolling through the overpriced mall inside The Venetian They've got a fake canal running the length of it, and fake gondoliers push fake gondolas through it so you can stare at the walls and up at the stores and the fake sky. What I wasn't prepared for was the fake gondoliers lip-synching their way through what was presumably a pre-recorded actual gondolier-type song. They probably spray 'em down with fake gondolier sweat every half hour or so as well.
