This book consists of tortured sentences wrung from the homonyms of lettersounds: “I R A B,” whatever. A friend of mine was reading this book, point blank, every single goddamn one of the abbreviated sentences, and after awhile, the two other people in attendance (her husband, myself) were getting sick of it ... so during a merciful pause, I shouted “O I C U R A JERK!” It’s a rock-solid macro now, going on four years strong. Now that they’ve got a kid, I’m going to make sure it’s passed along.
