From Hollywood Squares, when a contestant agrees with a correct answer given by a washed-up semi-celebrity cooped up in a 6x6" neon-lit box; usually said when a friend/family member/loved one/student/neighbor/etc. says something that is correct, but should be used sarcastically as to point out the obviousness (or inanity) of the correct answer.
