You feel fine to me – young and smooth.

[The New Detective]

Used as a response to a claim of ill-health. In the early 90’s, the LA radio station KROQ broadcast a two-minute-a-day serial during their morning show called “The New Detective.” Written, voiced and produced by the genius John Frost, “TND” was hysterical, rapid-fire even on slow days. In one exchange, Sake, the New Detective’s small foreign office boy, falls ill – “I don’t feel so good,” he complains. “You feel fine to me,” the Dick responds, “young and smooth.” If the first person knows the series, he’ll inevitably respond with the explanation, “Oo, Nivea!”
