party poker

Top shelf.

While at a large party, several people were sitting around a large knee-height glass table. At some point during the evening, the owner’s dog was somehow able to get up on the table, take a shit, and jump off without anyone noticing for at least ten minutes. Theories during the post-shit embellishment phase revolved around the dog’s ability to hide its shitting process/art at increasing heights, to the point where it would eventually be able to drop one on the eight-foot high top shelf of the entertainment center. In our drunken state I think most of the macro’s cement came from the fricative at end. “TOP SHELFFFFF!” Used to indicate high-quality items or situations, but with an awareness of the phrase’s decidedly non-top shelf origin.
