No one’s ever been here before!
Macro used to point out situations of overwhelming geekery. Friend Jeff was
one of those Everquest guys, playing for six months nonstop, getting married
in-game and such. In an attempt to reach out and save Jeff’s immortal
soul, Friend Dave approaches a questing Jeff and invites him to join us
for billiards. Jeff, in the throes of dungeons filled with rats, angrily
squeaks out “GET OUT! YOU’RE KILLING ME! NO ONE’S EVER BEEN
HERE BEFORE!”
