Is it Zamfir, master of the pan flute?
[Reach for the Top (1983)]
When you live near an international border, you get to watch television from two nations, weeeeeeee! Until 1985, CBC aired Reach for the Top, a Canadian game show pitting two teams of high schoolers against each other. One type of question featured a musical selection that the contestants were asked to identify. During one game, a long silence from both teams during an audio-based question spurred one team member to buzz in and crack wise, recalling similar scenarios from SCTVs earlier parody of Reach for the Top, Night School High Q.
