This is spoken by the geeky guy in the football stadium whos asking for a beating – he exclaims it, and then and once its shown as a print graphic in this muted fashion when the entire crowd turns around to face him. Of course I use the muted version when I find myself swimming upstream. Theyre generally set apart from a sentence by an exclamation point or by a comma when the feelings not as strong.
