TV commercial advertising special appearances by Ronald McDonald himself. (He’s coming to YOUR town!) Several young children gave testimonials, and the one that stood out was “He was the funniest GUY!”
Used as sarcastic response to someone who has just failed to be funny, or anyone referring to anything that was “the [superlative] [SOMETHING]!”
