Randomly screamed as a substitute for any other exclaimed reactionary sentence. In the commercial in question, several women threw open the French doors of their pied à terre or pousse-café or whatever and yelled this, clearly in the throes of this heavenly scentual concoction or are just pissed off, I can’t really tell.
