Spoken in a low, quick monotone to “add value” to extant television commercials, usually in direct opposition to the advertisement’s stated claim.
“Actual product does not work.”
“Product not actually fun.”
“Automobile may occasionally explode.”
The Disclaimer Burst is somehow cosmically aligned with the more familiar Subliminal Burst.
