Defenestration/Skull Explosion
Used after some sort of contradictory conversational exchange:
“Weren’t you supposed to get drinks for the party?”
“I ... but I ... ”
At this point, the speaker pantomines their own head exploding, making explosive noises: “KKKKKKKPGGGGHHHH!!!!” The other person pantomines jumping out nearest window, making defenestration noises: “TSSSSSSSSHHHHH!!!!” Team macros, always satisfying.
