This sheet is interesting, because of two things. First, the Uno-like front of the cards is all icon-based plus the numbers. No words anywhere. The deck I remember playing with, back in the salad days, had a few words like "Wild", and "Reverse". Perhaps this makes it easier to export to several countries ... all you have to do is design different rulebooks for each language. You can see a worded/non-worded "Wild" card here. In addition, on the back of the sheets is an additional trivia aspect. TOTAL RAPPA KALJA ("total rubbish") is apparently the Swedish version of a "hilarious bluffing game" called "Balderdash". I believe this is why this sheet ended up in the trash - front side Uno, backside TOTAL RAPPA KALJA. My sad translation of answer number one reads: "Owner more/another USA only museum too nut, there her put out nut, nutcrackers and [furniture?] [done/did?] of nutshell". So this is obviously a reference to the Nut Lady. Or maybe answer number two refers to a nut lady. Perhaps I'm bluffing! Alles flaussen!
