The date of this popular festival changes each year. In 2006, it will be held on Arbor Day. Which was yesterday, so you just missed it. Next year, it will be on National Helicopter Week (July 20 – May 2), so you have some time to fashion your costume. [I didn’t actually send this note. I’m not that mean. I said: ”It’s on ...
